Zimbra Web access not working

Hey im new to Zimbra,I have installed Zimbra and for some times it was working fine,Even the web access,but when i try to restore with the mail from old Zimbra to the newly configured Zimbra mail,Then all the problems start
Now i cant log for the web access
plz help to solve this problem

Which solutions in the forum threads that cover this problem have you tried? What errors do you see in the log files? You need to give exact details of what the problem is and what error messages you're getting.

What, exactly, do you mean by the highlighted text above? Why were you trying to 'restore' the server?

No no i have some other zimbra mail server and i have installed a new version of zimbra on another server.so what i did was backup the mails from the old server and restore it on the new server
after that i cannot access the zimbra mail from the web access
