Can't add external accounts after upgrading to 7.1.1 (GA 3204)

After installing the new patch (7.1.1 GA3204) I can't add external mailboxes any more.

The web-gui says, invalid request: Folder location conflict: /TestingExternal, the exception is shown in the mailbox.log:

com.zimbra.common.service.ServiceException: invalid request: Folder location conflict: /TestingExternal
ExceptionId:btpool0-7://my.servername.not/service/soap/BatchRequest:1308556760954:58f1a87d71d9d6fd
Code:service.INVALID_REQUEST

External accounts that were made before the installation of the patch works.

Anyone else got this problem with the new patch, or is it just my installation?

Have you seen any detail information about the issue as a result of running the command:
zmprov gds <ReplaceWithUsername>@<ReplaceWithDomainname> | grep zimbraDataSource
