Default Folder user rights

Hi,
is there a way to edit user rights for folders?
I want to forbid a user to delete mails out of his sent folder. Is there a way to do that?
I haven't found anything by searching for "zimbra folder rights"...
Maybe anyone can give me a hint.
Greets,
Steffen

no you cannot modify rights to a user's own folder, only shared folders

hm...
too bad...
all right then, does anyone have an idea how to solve the problem another way?

the situation is that we want to give externals access to a special mail-account that they can write "in the companies name", but I want someone to have the controll over those mails. so I can configure that all incoming mails are forwarded to the "controller" and I can share the sent-folder to him. but how can I avoid that the externals delete sent mails?

does anyone have a solution?

If you wanna have sent emails, you can do it by:
- deny delete - it could be nice, but I it is propably not supported now
- archive these emails, zimbra-archive is transparent email saving program
