Server is down frequently How to investigate?

Hi Everybody,

We have recently installed the last version in our Ubuntu 10.04 (64bit).

While testing the installation we have to start the server several times for unknown reason.

The whole application works fine and all functions are working properly.

Here is the message box from the server while checking the status of the zimbra control panel for services.
Almost all services are running but mailbox service is stopped with the following error.

zmmailboxdctl is not running.

What is your suggestion for us to investigate the error ?
