In follow up to this I still have a problem unfortunately!

Whereas a User with Office 2003 Professional loaded has 'Other User Mailbox' in the File, Open box and can successfully access a Shared Contacts folder I set up, but I have 'Other Users Folder' in my File menu. This is still greyed out after installing SP1 and then SP2 to my Office 2003 Small Business Edition installation.

I realise this probably has nothing to do with Zimbra but would appreciate any help.
Any ideas Guys?

I think I have just found the answer as posted here;

User with shared folder rights can't access them

Chaning the key from 2 to 3 seems to work fine.

So once again, thanks for all your help and hopefully I won't be pestering you about it again!

Default Problem with contact synching

Hi there,
I've got a problem with contact synching. When I'm working in Outlook and I try to drag a contact from my local contact folder to my Zimbra contacts folder it doesn't end up in the web UI.
When I checked the Synch Issues/Server Failures, it appeared that I had around 1500 of them.
The trace error is the following.
Hope someone can help me...thanks!

there is a bug with moving things across stores in outlook:

http://bugzilla.zimbra.com/show_bug.cgi?id=6530

this has been resolved in 4.5.

In the SyncIssues/Server Failures messages, the source object is saved as an attachment. Are the source objects the contacts that you moved across stores?
