Angry Sending Slow

When we are trying to send email and click on send
then Message shows...
" The Server appears to be slow to respond, and may be unavailable Press the button to cancel your request"

but same time that email is delivered.

if we cancel and save in Draft then again try 2-3 time then email send.

earler we have Zimbra 6 and now we upgrade to Zimbra 7.1.1_GA_3196 (build 20110527000858)

Please help how can we solve this issue.

You have to look into /var/log/zimbra.log for the actions involved when this happens. Also check /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log for any info.

You may also need some tweaking on zimbra settings to improve the speed. There are some wiki articles on that, hit google or wiki search bar.

Thanks for the reply.

When i looked earlier, i could not find anything, but somehow this time, probably found a reason, two MTA's were added in the configuration (misconfiguration), and it was using the one that was added second(the one which did not exist). So guess that is why it was taking time.

Thanks for your reply.
