Default Mirating from zcs 6.0.7 to zcs 7.1.1

I have:
Release 6.0.7_GA_2473.UBUNTU8_64 UBUNTU8_64 FOSS edition.
and I need to migrate it to another server with:
Release 7.1.1_GA_3196.UBUNTU10_64 UBUNTU10_64 FOSS edition.

I just have a clean installation in the new server and I stuck finding migration tool to move mailboxes and accounts.

Please help.

There are a number of forum posts and wiki articles regarding Zimbra Disaster Recovery and Moving Zimbra to a New Server that will explain all of your options.

We personally prefer the "install.sh -s" method as it seems to minimize downtime and works the same with both FOSS and NE editions.

Hope that gets you started; feel free to post back if you have specific questions.

All the best,
Mark

What difference does that make?

Why not just export the accounts then import them into the new server? Instead of posting 'it doesn't wor', you could even search the forums and wiki and try some of the suggestions and solutions that have been posted - try something then post details of what happened and why it doesn't work.
