zimbra mailforwarding as well as outof office reply not working

Hi,

I am a zimbra admin for a medium scale installation with 150 user accounts. We relay outgoing mails other than our own domain through the upstream server. Fetches incoming mails from the upstream server via fetchmail. Relays all other mails locally.The problem is we had a system crash and we had to reinstall zimbra and recreate all the user accounts. Now the mail forwarding and the outofoffice reply is not working.

Since the mail forwarding is not working, I have set recipient_bcc as an alternative now

Anybody please help
