space usage issue

Hi Guys,

There is a strange problem. One of our users has empty Inbox (he has POP3), but Zimbra webmail says the folder it is 23M( when you move mouse to "Inbox"). How that can be. I tried to remade the account, it's the same.

Any idea what I have to check?

have you tried to reindex the account?

Yes, I did reindex fromt the control panel, but did not help. Still the empty Inbox showes 24M...
