Default Problems with promoting a replica server to master server.

Dear all,

We are testing zimbra system with trial version. The version is 7.1.0_GA_3140.RHEL5_64_20110329135300 NETWORK edition and the os is CentOS5.5 64.
Recently, we try to promote a replica server to a master server.
I think the promotion is succeeded because I can create accounts on replica server and the new master server also generates new accounts after I run command on any replica servers.

But one of my problem is the new master server does not synchronize all replica servers after I run "zmprov ca" on any replica server.
Unless I uninstall replica server and reinstall it again, the new master server only synchronizes reinstalled replica servers.

Another problem is if I can join exist zimbra servers into a new zimbra-ldap master server? I tried it several times but I am still unable to make it so far.
How do I join exist zimbra servers into a new zimbra-ldap master If I can install a new zimbra-ldap server only after my old zimbra-ldap master in multi-server is crashed?
