Deduplication Statistics of Zimbra Data on Netapp

I copied our zimbra data over to our Netapp SAN and ran their de-duplication service on the volume. Here are my stats:

Volume
/vol/zimbra/
Used 117GB
Saved 7032MB

Honestly I was expecting much more in savings.

I wonder if anyone else here is also deduping their zimbra data and can share their stats.

i would expect better too, but rmeember that zimbra also does a bit of deduping itself. messages sent to multiple people get stored only once and then hardlinked. sadly i havn't had the cash to spend on a dedupe yet to compare results.
