sorry by the mass, but I need to know how can I do a upgrade of my ZCS setup. Automatic Update Checker sends to me an email saying that has upgrades to Zimbra, and has a link to get all Zimbra (about 500mb),

Details of how to upgrade your version of Zimbra are all over these forums and are always detailed in the Release Notes, I'd suggest you read them thoroughly and make sure you take a backup before doing any upgrade.
