error "connection reset" while trying to create external account

Hi All
I m trying to add an external mail account to zimbra but i keep get this error

  system failure: Unable to connect to POP3 server: DataSource: { id=182baf81-e3a9-4216-a92e-2c1504686638, type=pop3, isEnabled=false, name=we-excel, host=mail.we-excel.com, port=110, connectionType=cleartext, username=anaouali@we-excel.com, folderId=257 }, Connection reset

i don't know what should i do to get ride of it .
please can somebody help me ?

Try setting the cleartext login on your server:

zmprov ms zmhostname zimbraPop3CleartextLoginEnabled TRUE
