Export users accounts that never logged in.

Hi you all.

Get someone tell me how can I export the list I see in the administration console
when I sort the accounts that never logged in and the ones that are inactive for 90 days?

Via admin panel or CLI.

Currently in 7.1.2 you can click "Download Search Results." It will be formatted in a CSV file. Not sure when that was added though...

This will work. A way to do it via the CLI would ideally be what I want, but this is a solution for now.
