Default [SOLVED] Is the mailbox up?

Installed zimbra 7.1.0 to ubuntu 10.04. All seemed good. I'm able to log on admin GUI and setup user accounts.

I have zimbra desktop installed on windows 7 and it worked (connected to yahoo mail). When I tried to setup the zimbra account, it thrown SOAP exception. I checked with firewall, no dropping packets (port 443 open).

What else should I look for?

I'll move this post to the correct forum as it's not a problem Installing Zimbra.

Have you actually put the web server in https mode? If not, search the wiki for 'zmtlsctl'. It might also help if you search the forums before posting these questions or read the Quick Start and Admin Guides.
