Can't resize sidebar

I migrated from 5.0.22 to 7.1.1 over the weekend. Many of the people are unable to resize the sidebar (they can't see their folders). Anyone else notice this issue? Is there a workaround?

one of my user's is having the same issue. it's making the folder's look funny and cutting off Saturday from the mini calendar. she's running at 1024x768. if i change it to 1280x1024 it show all the mini calendar but the text is too small on a 17inch monitor.

just started after updating from 6.0.5 to 7.1.0

I can resize the side bar on my computer just fine

i'm stumped
