Default [SOLVED] Zimbra 7 "this mail account uses external transport"

Hi there,

We've migrated our Z6 installation to Z7. Mostly went well, just tidying up a few things now. One question: When searching for accounts, every account has a red asterisk next to it, and hovering over it gives the message "This mail account uses external transport".

The asterisk doesn't show up when you are just browsing accounts. What does it mean and should this be set?

Thanks

it means that all the mail for that user is being sent to another external server.

i use that function in my split domain configuration, it should be set if you are relaying the email from your users to a secondary mail server.

OK, they are all single server accounts, but when we migrated from 6 to 7 we renamed the server and domain. I guess I just need to re-point it back to the new server now somehow?
