Default Disable "add external account" from user preferences

Hello all,

I have a nice setup of Zimbra 7.1 with CentOS 5.5 amd64 running and working fine!

But I see in user preferences, the possibility to add an external account to fetch mail from gmail or hotmail or anyone, and I need to disable this feature to block my users to not use another kind of email except @myemployee.com (with zimbra)

How to config this?
thanks

Default

I see now in default COS if I disable external POP/IMAP access, this can disable the feature "Add External Account"

thanks
