[SOLVED] SASL Login authentication failed

Hi
we have problem when a user authenticating for microsoft outlook.
SASL Login authentication failed for this particular user

User able to login to webmail.Other users of the same domain able to authenticate using outlook

Please tell me if you have any idea.
