Default Zimbra stop working for 600 seconds giving error SSL connection timeout'

Hi
My zimbra mail server stop working for 600 second showing error as below

My zimbra version is : Release 5.0.7_GA_2444.RHEL5_20080626020941 RHEL5 FOSS edition

It is happening very frequently sometime twices in a day.

Please help me to solve this problem.

Just a stab in the dark, have your SSL Certificates expired?

Also, is there a reason you can't upgrade to the 7 series?

Hi,

yes, My mail server SSL is expired. Please suggest, can run zimbra without ssl.

HI, my ssl cert is expired. pls suggest can i run zimbra without ssl.
