One user can't see his emails Hi,
our installation is Zimbra 7 OS edition on CentOS 5.6 x64. I'll update profile later on.
Everything works fine, except for one user. When I created his account everything seemed fine, until some point when no new messages appeared in his mailbox (he can't see them in web mail nor in any other client, tested with Zimbra Desktop, Thunderbird as IMAP).
I did some search through logs and all mails are properly delivered to his mailbox, but he can't see them. I also tried to reindex his mailbox, but that didn't help.
Any ideas how should I proceed with this?
