Default One user can't see his emails

Hi,

our installation is Zimbra 7 OS edition on CentOS 5.6 x64. I'll update profile later on.

Everything works fine, except for one user. When I created his account everything seemed fine, until some point when no new messages appeared in his mailbox (he can't see them in web mail nor in any other client, tested with Zimbra Desktop, Thunderbird as IMAP).

I did some search through logs and all mails are properly delivered to his mailbox, but he can't see them. I also tried to reindex his mailbox, but that didn't help.

Any ideas how should I proceed with this?

Perhaps there is a quota on his mailbox? (That he has exceeded.) I thought maybe it was the "account status" but I just reviewed them and none of them account for this scenario.


...Heh, I can come up with one more possibility. A bad filter (e.g. dumping all his mail into trash, or something). I guess that brings up a good point though, do some searches and see if you can get the new stuff to show up (maybe there is something screwed up with the "inbox" tag... if the messages are being delivered, maybe they are accessible from the client and just aren't showing as being in the inbox???)
