Default Windows Admins Friendly Admin

Hi. Quick question - I'm putting a zimbra OSS server in place that will be managed day to day by people more familiar with windows. The general admin is no problem - I've had accountants looking after a box for nearly 2 years now - but for things like smtp level blocking of specific email addresses or adding a domain to a blacklist, it still requires terminal work - which isn't ideal in this case.

question is, are there any friendlier ways for non-termnial admin types to do such things? Would configuring a webmin install on the box to handle this scenario help or hinder?

thanks, sem
