Enable reminder email

Hello, I use Zimbra 7.0 Server Open source. I want auto send before appointment. I have create a SOAP request but the mail was not send at attendees. But if the attendee is in my email notification preferences the mail was send ?????
But in SOAP build you have "<at .../>+ // attendees (one or more email recipients)"
That why I thinks an option must be enabled... help...
