zmcontrol spreading misinformation

Hi all,

I have a relatively simple question: when I run zmcontrol status, it reports to me that antispam/antivirus are not running.

However, both are operating properly, spam/AV are both working just fine.

naturally also zmantispamctl reload/restart does not complete because it also fails to detect the already running process.

how do these tools determine whether a process is running or not (maybe the pid files in /opt/zimbra/log ?), and how can I correct this problem in a tidy manner ?
