Migrating a NE6 account to a NE7 using the NE7 admin web GUI tool "Account Migration"

I'm trying to use the new tool in Zimbra NE 7 called "Account Migration". It can be found in the admin GUI of a default install. I'm trying to use this tool to migrate an account on a NE6 server on a different domain (not sub domains).

I have been searching the help file, forums, wiki and admin guide to get this working, but still no luck. I would really like to se a working example on how to use the new tool.

If anyone have got it to work please post it here and it would be great to have a wiki made on how to use the Account Migration as well.
