Default [SOLVED] Help with downloading mailbox contents in zip format

Build: Release 7.1.0_GA_3140.RHEL5_64_20110329135300 RHEL5_64 NETWORK edition.

We are having to provide certain email account data to some outside auditors. We are using the ZAD module to populate a mailbox and then want to give the user name, password, and URL to the outside source to be able to download the contents of the mailbox in a zip format with .eml text files within it.. This seems to be the way to do it:

[SOLVED] Mail backup options for end users?

or

Bug 15161 – add a 'recursive' option for REST .zip fetch

However, I can't get it to work against one account.

http://webmail.company.com/service/h...ip&recursive=1

returns: Problem accessing /service/home/sadams/~/inbox.zip. Reason: no such item

This does start to download a file:

http://webmail.company.com/service/h...ip?recursive=1

But, I cancel it since I don't know what it will contain and I am concerned that it may be all mailboxes and fill up a file system on the server.

Two questions:
1. What URL do I use to download and zip all contents (and subfolders) of a specific mailbox?

2. Where will it store this temporary download on the server while it is being downloaded by the client?

Thanks.

I figured this out. I missed the part of having to login to the account you want to download first.

http://webmail.bigrocksports.com/ser...ip?recursive=1

Note that in Firefox, it did not reprompt me for the login credentials - it just started downloading. In IE, I was prompted and logged back into the account. It worked fine both times.
