Hello, I wanna have on Zimbra backup mx with mailbox,
I mean when default it looks like

so I wanna give users access to backup mx mailbox, and copy of this mails in queue to send to primary when will back online
Users accounts can only be on one mailbox server. If that mailbox server goes down, you will need to restore it into service. There isn't a way to give them a backup server that they fail over to until it comes back.
It sounds like you may want to look into clustering, which is available in the Network Edition.
