Printing from a read-only shared folder Results in error.

We currently have many users who share their inboxes out read-only to other users. (such as admin assistants) These admin assistants only have read-only access to the shared folder. Whenever the user wants to maybe print one of the emails out - it gives an internal error "ERROR: 500" If the folder is read/write there is no problem..

This seems to be a pretty big problem for usability of shared folders.

are you in conversation view? if you switch to message view does printing work fine? if so you're probably hitting bug Bug 46552 – NumberFormatException when trying to print a virtual conversation which looks like it was fixed around 6.0.8
