You haven't given any details about your 'old' Zimbra version (operating system and version) nor whether you're moving this to a new server nor whether you're moving from a 32bit to 64bit server. - answers to those questions would be a good starting place. Have you also searched the forums (plus the wiki and blog) for an answer to your question? There is plenty of information available on how to move from one server to another.

Tar -cvf old.tar /opt/zimbra first, and then tar -xvf old.tar. That`s all.
    Just do it.

You quoted my previous post but didn't take any notice of the advice in there, did you read any of the forum threads and wiki articles on this subject? FWIW, you can't import account details by doing an rsync to your 'new' server in your configuration, you need to follow a specific procedure, read the wiki articles first then try the solutions and ask questions if you have problems.
