Default [SOLVED] Filter Questions / Public Folders

hello all,

we are currently trying around alot and have a good idea how to implement public folders.

we just have one account "public@xyz" with alternate email adresses. we then create filters to file alternate email address to a folder. e.g. DEPARTMENT.
an distribution list works as share accesslist.

this works really perfect except the moment where an email goes to to 2 aliases of the account. only one "public folder" will get the email.

is it possible to duplicate such emails? file it into 2 folders? any ideas?

thanks for helping out!

kind regards

-andy

You can add another "File into folder" action to your filter rule.

humm i testet this, seems like i did a mistake somewhere. works, stupid me.

if the public user deletes one of this 2 emails, both are deleted. if a shared user deletes an email, the 2nd one stays.
