Default Network Service Error with MIME encoded message

Hi there,

I get a Network Service Error when trying to view a specific Mime encoded message. The error from the log is:
SoapEngine - handler exception com.zimbra.cs.service.ServiceException: system failure: null

Not very friendly.

The message shows up in the Inbox, but when you click on it to read, reply, or forward the message, you get the error. The message is not damaged as it pops or imaps into Outlook and Outlook express and displays correctly. My guess is that Zimbra cannot interpret it to display it.

I have three attachements
1. The message
2. The excerpt from the Zimbra log. The ... 25 more was actually in the log.
3. A screenshot of the Network Service Error in action.

The message is basically very simple. It is just some formatted html text with a image (gif) file built in.

Any ideas about what I can do to get this working? I can change the way the message is encoded if that is the problem.

The problem is JavaMail (which we use to parse parts of the message) is failing.

Might be either:

or

http://bugzilla.zimbra.com/show_bug.cgi?id=688

10623 looks like the best match might be a good idea to post your message as another test case.
