Zimbra Mailbox restore

Please I am in a problem of migration of users and
Previous post in a new zimbra explain the whole problem.

Zimbra install a completely from scratch on our server and
the previous zimbra does not rise for nothing for a few complications
that occurred in the server's main problems are that when
to make a start zmcontrol us as a replica messages
the URL of ldap and ldap master, or also presents the message
Unable to determine enabled services from ldap.

We have the old zimbra backup and the new zimbra this
from scratch what we need to please recommend us as
we import the users with their mailbox to the new
zimbra to keep the information or package must be configured,
we have old backups but when will upload the same
way gives us problems ldap. Please would appreciate your help.
