Email address masquerade

I've used ZCS 4.0 Open Source. I need email address masquerade, just like this: when I login the Zimbra Web mail I use great@aaa.com, I send a mail, the sender address is masuderaded as great_john@bbb.com. Can somebody tell me how to do this on Zimbra 4.0? Thanks a lot!
