hi....i have a problem with my emails disapearing from the inbox immediately i read them.
Immediately an email goes to my inbox,it disapears after 5minutes and i need them to remain in my inbox.help me solve that please.

Mail doesn't 'disappear' from the Zimbra Inbox unless you have a default search set to show only unread mail or a filter that's removing them or you have an POP3 (or IMAP) client that's downloading mail and removing them.
You need to give details of which version of Zimbra you're running, whether you're using the Web UI or a client and whether any of the scenarios I've given above might be happening.

Am using Zimbra Collaboration Suite 6.0.I really dont knw whether the problem is the filter or POP3.give me a step by step guide to find out a solution to this problem please and urgently.
