Default Zimbra 7.1.0 and IE 6

Hi all !

I've just upgraded my Zimbra Open Source Server last week to the latest version and everything went just fine.

My problem is, now, users are reporting that their email is different.

Those who use IE 6 to access the webmail are reporting that Zimbra is showing in the HTML version and not with the AJAX version.

Is there any know issue why Zimbra 7.1.0 is doing this?

I know that IE 6 is old, but i've web applications that only work with this version of IE.

Cheers,

Bruno

This is the best way to use Thinapp aplication virtualization for IE6 to support IE6 only apps. Then you could use actual and patched version of the web browser.

yes because ie6 is too old for modern ajax based applications and even ms doesn't support it anymore. It's time to redo your webapps for modern times.
