Is there any official procedure to roll back Zimbra 6 NE upgrade to previous version ? An example from 6.0.10 back to 6.0.8 ? Or maybe best tested practical procedure ?

No, there is no 'rollback' feature to previous versions nor should you try it - you will most likely break your install. You should test an upgrade in a lab environment and when you upgrade a production server you should take a full backup. If you have problems then go through a disaster recovery procedure (detailed in the forums and wiki).
