Problem importing PST file containing chinese characters

Hello Everybody,

I am trying to import a PST file containing chinese characters. It works fine in outlook. But while importing it to zimbra version 7. It displayed junk characters in email body rather than chinese characters.

Please help me out.

You might at least give some idea of the Zimbra version you're using, update your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post it in this thread):

zmcontrol -v

Which version of the .pst import wizard and which version of Outlook would also be a good idea. Did you search bugzilla to see if there's any outstanding bug reports for this issue?

I am using zimbra version "Zimbra Network Edition. 7.1.0" and yes, I searched bugzilla but found no bug regarding it. Please guide me.

Forgot to mention outlook version it is Outlook 2007 with SP2.

The information I asked you for is the output of the command I listed, it needs to go in your forum profile otherwise we have to keep asking.... 'which version'. I also asked you for information on the version of the import wizard you're using and which version of Outlook.

How to find import wizard version? I am uploading PST file from preferences->import/export.

Release 7.1.0_GA_3140.UBUNTU10_64 UBUNTU10_64 NETWORK edition.

Please tell me how to view import wizard version.

Outlook version is : Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 (12.0.6423.1000) SP2 MSO(12.0.6425.1000).

Alright. Previously I was using web UI import/export feature. And now I am using the latest zcspstimportwizard and still having same problem.

zcspstimportwizard version is 7.1.0.88.
