You should have given a somewhat better description of your problem than 'it doesn't work. How about starting with an update to your forum profile by putting the output of the following command (do not enter it in this thread):

zmcontrol -v

What, exactly, is the problem (describe exactly what you're trying to do and the results you're seeing)? Is this with the web UI?

trace incoming email..i try to use zmmsgtrace is not working... any other way to search incoming email for individual accounts
