Can't display Thia language when sent from Hotmail and Yahoo

I use ZCS 4.0.2 on Redhat 4. I have problem when sent mail from hotmail or yahoo to zimbra, Thai language can't display. I think it is problem from hotmail and yahoo, hotmail didn't defined charset. Zimbra and Gmail use utf-8 for charset but gmail can display thai when recieved mail from hotmail or yahoo. How can I set Zimbra display thai like Gmail?

I'm having the same kind of trouble with a user that receives emails from her daughter in Chinese, I believe gb2312. The originating email is coming from Yahoo. I am using ZCS Network 4.5.2

You need to give us a sample message that casues this issue. Without that, the symptoms aren't specific enough to reproduce and fix your issue...

I have same problem but with arabic language. I think this is a problem with all right-t0-left languages. Is there a solution for this problem?
