Unknown encoding: UTF-8 Ubuntu 10 and ZCS 6.0.10

Hi,

I am having the ff. errors in /opt/zimbra/log/sync.log. It is consuming so much disk IO and grows the log file so much faster. any idea how to get rid of this?

sync - Exception processing server change; item skipped
java.io.IOException: Unknown encoding: UTF-8

Did you have any luck with this problem? I have a very similar issue. It looks like this may have been fixed in release 7.1.1. I'm at 6.0.12. Just wondering if there is a quick fix without downtime. Thanks.

i have re-setup the user's phone. remove the account and re-create again. in my case the error stopped after that.
