queries about zimbra

Dear All,

I had a post earlier regarding the installation of zimbra open source.. and now I have successfully installed zimbra and its working fine in a test envirnoment this is the first time I have installed zimbra. we do plan to go for a network version for our organistion

Currently I am using Sendmail with Mailscanner

But I do have a query which I did google arround but was not really satisfied with the answers.

1) after loggin in to admin console ==> addresses==>accounts== i see view mail on top or if I select the user and right click i click view mail the selected users mailbox opens.

I guess this is a potentil problem to view someones email.

I know the adminstrator has ways to to have aliases or to forward emails of one user to another users mailbox but here I do see all the users with their whole names and i can see their entire mailboxes in a web envirnoment.

is there a way to disable the view option in admin console

removing the 'view mail' right can be done with the delegated admin feature of zimbra network edition.

Remove view mail option
