Question Web UI cannot download attachments.

I upgraded to version Release 7.0.1_GA_3105.RHEL5_20110304210448 CentOS5 FOSS edition.
After upgrade when I am login to web client can't download any attachments.
It has only link to remove it.
    I attached some screen shoot.
    Any help will be appreciated.

as no one has answered this ill answer even if its an old thread..
i had the same trouble and could not find info quickly

check under general settings > attachments and probably the option "users cant see atattchements regardles of cos" is on, turnit off, relog to client and it should work.

at least that was my case

    good luck
