Question Web UI cannot download attachments.

I upgraded to version Release 7.0.1_GA_3105.RHEL5_20110304210448 CentOS5 FOSS edition.
After upgrade when I am login to web client can't download any attachments.
It has only link to remove it.
I attached some screen shoot.
Any help will be appreciated.

check under general settings > attachments and probably the option "users cant see atattchements regardles of cos" is on, turnit off, relog to client and it should work.
