Default My zimbra not work

Hello, could someone help me I'm trying to work one month and nothing.
zimbra installed, rebooted and ran one week does not work anymore.
I tried everything.
If someone can help me give ssh access to the server.
takes a lot of work that has 15,000 emails in the server and need to retrieve the messages.

Thank you.

There's plenty of threads in the forums that cover this topic, try them first: site:zimbra.com +"found in /opt/zimbra/log/zmmailboxd_manager.pid: No such process" +solved - Yahoo! Search Results

You need to give details of what you've already tried otherwise we'll be going over the same ground every time we post a reply.

Is that the only solution you've tried? There are several solutions in those threads in the Link I've given you above, I'd suggest you read them and try the and see how you get on. You can start by telling us how much RAM is allocated to this VM and then try the threads above.
