Default [SOLVED] Problem with Client search results

Running ZCS 7.01NE 32 bit.

For the past few weeks, one of my users has had issues with email searches...searches return no results, or results unrelated to the search.

Searching for a verifiable email (I can find it in the inbox) by one of the more unique words in the body fail to return that email in search results (if it returns any).

I have reindexed the users mailbox, with no change.

Any ideas?

Upgraded to 7.10NE...search is still broken, forums still silent.

I just had a client report in with similar issues. I am going to try to reindex that mailbox this afternoon and see if that helps.

If mailbox size/quantity are a factor, she has

~14,900 messages

When I go to reindex, it counts off the first 188, then says reindex complete (takes about 15 seconds)

Anyone know how to completely delete the index and recreate?
