Default Zimbra 7.1 and encryption

This may be a repost - but I want to ask again.. Zimbra 7.1 supposedly supports s/mime encyrption (key exchange, etc). It even has the check box in the user configuration for allow s/mime encryption. However, I am not seeing how this is set up and used by the web clients? There seems to be little to no documentation on this feature. Is this available now? Currently many of our users use public keys and s/mime in order to sign and encrypt emails using outlook. We would love to get these users moved to the zimbra web client a.s.a.p.

does anyone have any ideas about this? It would be hugely beneficial to be able to encrypt directly from the web client!

Take a look at the announcment about 7.1:
ZCS 7.1 (DoubleHelix)

They did some ground work for S/MIME in 7.1 but it will not be available until later this year.
