zimbra OS as internet / intranet

Hi
I am rajesh, I have a small doubt on zimbra... Present I am using zimbra Open Source 6.0. Users have permission to send 6MB of attachment to other mail servers(Internet).

whats my requirement is...

How to enable users to send more than 6MB attachment with in organization(Intranet) and at the same time 6MB attachment size should not exceed to out side mails(to Internet)

Please forgive me if my english is not good..

You may applied ClueBringer PolicyD with quota module. CBPolicyD bundled on Zimbra 7.x.x.
