Default Zimbra Account Migration From External LDAP Error

Hi, I have installed a multi server Zimbra as described:

Server 1 - LDAP Server (master), Mailbox Server
Zimbra packages:
zimbra-ldap
zimbra-logger
zimbra-store
zimbra-snmp

Server 2 - Zimbra LDAP (replication), Mailbox Server (second)
Zimbra packages:
zimbra-ldap (with replication configuration)
zimbra-store
zimbra-snmp

Server 3 - Zimbra MTA
zimbra-mta
zimbra-snmp

Server 4 - Zimbra MTA (Failover)
zimbra-mta
zimbra-snmp

Server 5 - Zimbra Proxy
Zimbra packages:
zimbra-memcached
zimbra-proxy
zimbra-snmp

Server 6 - Zimbra Proxy (Failover)
Zimbra packages:
zimbra-memcached
zimbra-proxy
zimbra-snmp

External LDAP Authentication (configured and tested correctly)
Email relay (no DNS)

I have set up the ssh keys, tracing/logging, and enabled LDAP replication. When I enter the administrative console I can see that all the servers and their services are running correctly (I also checked this on each server with zmcontrol status).

The problem is that when I go to Account Migration so I can provision my accounts from OpenAm I get an error and cannot see the migration wizard.

Server error encountered
Message: error while proxying request to target server: Read timed out
Error code: service.PROXY_ERROR Method: [unknown]
Details:soap:Receiver
See error

I have triple checked all the installation instructions and am sure that all the steps have been done. Can anyone please help me with this? I have been stuck and I can't find help online.

Also, when I log in to Zimbra Administration Console I get an error that says:
JavaScript error encountered in method
ZaZimbraAdmin.prototype._getLoginMsgPanel
message: e is null fileName: http://URL:7071/zimbraAdmin/js/Admin...zgz?v=...(long URL)

I have checked the Zimbra Administrator's Guide and found out that I need to configure the GAL - Global Address List to use external LDAP. However I do not believe this will solve my erros. Can anyone please help me? Any suggestions, recommendations or references are welcome, thanks.

Hi, if anyone has a chance to check this out I would really appreciate it, I am new to Zimbra/Linux and am not sure what to do next. Which logs should I look at to see if I can find more details about these errors? Thanks.

Well I had several issues. First after a lot of checking of the installation and settings I figured out that I had not specified the correct domain. I did not have the DNS yet, but I needed to specify the correct domain upon installation. First I tried to modify without reinstalling Zimbra but I ended up reinstalling on the 6 servers with the correct domain. Afterwards I found out I had to configure Split DNS on my MTA servers. My domain also needed valid MX and A records. Also remember to open any ports on your firewall that may be needed for incoming and outgoing traffic.

As for the login JavaScript bug I found that it was an old recurring bug that was seen and fixed in previous versions of Zimbra. It does not affect functionality so I can live with closing the notification pop up window until there is a new bug fix.

My GAL has an incorrect setting. Once I modified that setting I was able to correctly see the users in the global address list.
