Are you trying to recall a sent message? Or are you attempting to remove a sender from your blocked senders list?

Hope this helps

Fbifido,

What your saying is not very clear.

If your sending a message and you receive a notification stating you have been blocked then the recipeint has blocked your emil address.

If someone is sending to you and they are receiving a blocked notification, try adding them to the Allowed messages from area in Preferenses or add them to the trusted addresses.

Hope this helps.

I'd be very helpful if you'd post the content of the bounce message. I don't think we're fully understanding the issue. Feel free to anonymize it as necessary, but it'd be helpful to see the full context of the issue.

Here are the steps to view the header files of the requested message:

From the message view pane, hover over a email, right click and select the option "Show Original". This will open a new browser window and will show the complete message including headers.

Hope this helps
