Need ability to SORT contacts within groups

To allow those of us who manage large mailing lists/groups, it would be very beneficial if Zimbra would allow sorting of contacts within groups. This capability exists in Outlook (sorry), but woefully does not in current versions of Zimbra (web or desktop).

Sorting of contacts into alpha sequence would allow easier contact list maintenance, without CONSTANTLY scrolling up and down the list to determine if the name actually exists before adding it, and to easier find names when they need to be deleted.

If anyone knows a way to accomplish this feat, or is working on a Zimlet that might work - please let me know...
