inbox unread items after import

Hi ,

I imported e-mails into zimbra from Outlook ( initially from Thunderbird then to Outlook ) ... now , in the Inbox , it says there are 14 unread items ... I try to mark all as read and it doesn't go away . I even went into the mysql database and marked all as read from there and it still shows . Anyone know how to fix this ?

Try restarting tomcat. This should clear any folder/mailbox caches.
